In a very few words I want to explain what you shall find on the pages as you browse and scroll across my blog.
I have been involved in the hospitality industry for the last 20 years. I’ve studied it, worked in it, consulted, ventured in it and travelled extensively.
I have also been involved in several start-ups as an entrepreneur, consultant and mentor. Areas of interest include agriculture, IT, real estate and investments.
I love food, travel and new discoveries. You will find on this blog some of my culinary experiences. You will find some of my creations but also some that I enjoy.
I will also share some of my thoughts on any other subject that might be relevant to me at some time…
